New to Leamington?

Situated in the heart of England, Royal Leamington Spa is a great place to live for all ages, providing a safe, friendly environment with plenty to see and do for all ages and interests. The town's rich history can be seen in its Regency-style buildings, grand parks, and the presence of the Pump Rooms, where spa water can be still sampled.

Transport

Leamington town has excellent transport links, being situated just off the M40 and on the main railway line between London and Birmingham. The town has a large number of commuters, attracted by the Chiltern Railways services that make it possible to be in the centre of London in just and hour and a half.

The town offers an excellent bus service, especially for students of the University of Warwick for whom Stagecoach run special pink buses from the town to the University every 10 minutes.

Shopping

Leamington is one of Warwickshire's top shopping destinations thanks to its mixture of big brands and independent shops and small, local chains including Head Records in the Royal Priors shopping centre and many clothes shops.

Nightlife

Leamington Spa boasts two theatres, three nightclubs, countless bars and restaurants, a cinema, and even a 1000-capacity music venue, The Assembly.

For eating out, popular chains include Weatherspoons, Pizza Express, Cafe Rouge, Turtle Bay, Nandos, Wagamamas, Yp Sushi and may more! There are many excellent independent restaurants including Five Rivers (Bath Street) for top quality Indian food, the Thai Elephant on Regent Street, and Momenti (Regent Place) for contemporary European cuisine.

Leamington has a healthy music scene with local bands regularly playing at pubs including The Clarendon (Clarendon Avenue) and Moo (Russell Street) as well as bigger shows at the Assembly and the Royal Spa Centre.
